Q: How do we get the ball rolling?
A: All energy efficient designs are drawn from scratch to suit your budget, block and needs. We design everything in-house, and charge $900 for simple single-storey designs up to $1500 for complex designs and Loft homes. These drawings, materials schedules, and costings are done at cost, and cover you through to full building council approval.
